ESTMA Reporting
The Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act requires companies in the oil, gas and minerals industry in Canada to publicly disclose, on an annual basis, specific payments made to all governments in Canada and abroad to comply with Canada's commitment to the G8 Industrialized Nations for transparency for the sector.
